This is a real life story of a woman who found Christ our Lord and I believe this story will inspire many to seek God and experience his love. I came to know of this woman from a priest in a retreat Centre who goes around evangelizing and healing people, one day while he was praying for healing at a bed ridden man's house there was very wealthy hindu woman who came to him and asked whether he can heal her 5yr old mute son who couldn't speak even after spending a great deal of money at the hospital, and she was willing to pay the priest how much ever he demanded, and the priest after finishing the healing session asked the woman whether she was ready to give anything he asked for and she replied with a firm yes. Now the priest with the power of Holy Spirit asked her whether she was in habit of smoking and she replied its not just a habbit but a huge addiction and the priest said "god doesn't need your wealth instead sacrifice your habbit, give it up to god and pray for his mercy and god will reveal his power" from that very moment she gave up her habbit and miraculously by the grace of god her son started speaking after a few days and she later converted to Christianity.
This story inspired many like me to give up bad habbits like drinking and smoking. Coming to my case I gave up smoking with much difficulty and asked God for something which I thought was impossible but to my surprise I got what I asked for and I still don't believe it. And one by one I gave up all my trash, all the junk habbits which includes drug abuse, drinking, and sexual immoralities and all other sinful ways and god gave me all that I had asked for (according to his Holy will). I would like to tell this to my brothers and sisters who are in difficult situations like joblessness and diseases, give up all your junk and sacrifice it unto god for he will be very happy when you do so and he will give whatever you ask for provided its not sinful.
